How we began
Our History
Building houses in Lincolnshire for the last 20 years as well as numerous commercial units, shops, a vets and a Medical centre. We are a passionate family business team and we are hands on with the customers to help and guide them through the most important purchase in their lives. Our amazing team of sub contractors that have been with us from the early days and we trust their skills, knowledge and craft.
Our aim is to Build exceptional quality, high specification properties, surrounded by a superb living environment.

Here at Wilcox homes our aim is to build outstanding quality homes, so for our this to be recognised throughout the industry is a huge achievement.
Two of our more recent developments have succeeded in being identified both with in the local community and Greater Lincolnshire.in 2021 we won a Civic Trust Commendation for our development of 6 houses on Handley Street, Sleaford. Turning a run down office block and wasteland in to 6 beautiful start homes. Following this we won Residential Project of the year 2023 for our development on Electric Station Road, Sleaford. Here we turned an old unused electric sub station and wasteland in to 6 modern looking 3 bedroom homes, all built with low running cost in mind.These awards mean so much to us as we know our goal on each development is being achieved.
